Trainee butcher wanted in Kenosha County

Now hiring: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Kenosha County, Wisconsin. You will work at a wholesale meat market. On a typical shift you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling 3+ years on the tools preferred.
