Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Grand Traverse County, Michigan. The role involves help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
