Now hiring: we are hiring a furnace operator in Williams County, Ohio. The job is in the fettling and dressing shop. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal Day-to-day duties: • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits.
