Now hiring: renovation plasterer (Kentucky)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a renovation plasterer in Bracken County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience.
