Sand plant operator wanted in Crawford County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Crawford County, Wisconsin. Day to day you will carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry Full-time, day shift.
