What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages On a typical shift you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket).
