On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
