Now hiring: we are hiring a metal roofing fitter in Shiawassee County, Michigan. The job is at a sheet metal roofing workshop. You should have: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day Day to day you will nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
