Catering cook • Columbia County, Oregon

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Columbia County, Oregon. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 6+ years on the tools preferred. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
