Concrete finisher — Jasper County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Jasper County, Illinois. You will be based at an infrastructure site. On a typical shift you will float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins. Requirements: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours Rotating shifts.
