Urgent requirement: aluminium TIG welder (Illinois)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Coles County, Illinois. Day-to-day duties: • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size You should have: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
