We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Bedford County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours.
