Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Navajo County, Arizona. Your main tasks: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Part-time with flexible hours.
