We are recruiting: we are hiring a slinger signaller in San Luis Obispo County, California. Day-to-day duties: • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Rotating shifts.
