Join our team: we are hiring a production line operative in City of Alexandria, Virginia. The role involves report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Can read work instructions and basic measurements Six days a week, one day off.
