Powder coating technician wanted in Jackson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Jackson County, Alabama. The job is at a powder coating unit. On a typical shift you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
