Short order cook — Haywood County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Haywood County, Tennessee. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Full-time, day shift.
