Body shop technician wanted in Berrien County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a body shop technician in Berrien County, Michigan. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes The role involves read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
