Join our team: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Honolulu County, Hawaii. The job is in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. On a typical shift you will feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks. You should have: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
