Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Your main tasks: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Six days a week, one day off.
