Laundry presser wanted in Chemung County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a laundry presser in Chemung County, New York. The job is in a tailoring workshop. What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment You will operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; give each garment a final press before packing; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
