Urgent requirement: bread baker (Tennessee)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Claiborne County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
