Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Bland County, Virginia. The job is at a busy earthworks site. Requirements: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant The role involves carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
