Lifting rigger • Blount County, Tennessee

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Blount County, Tennessee. You will work in a heavy machinery workshop. The role involves calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit. What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
