Great opportunity: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in Van Buren County, Iowa. You will be based in an automotive paint and panel workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns You will mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair.
