Dishwashing attendant — Campbell County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Campbell County, Wyoming. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
