Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in City of Alexandria, Virginia. Day to day you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Full-time, day shift.
