Vacancy available: we are hiring an aluminium door and window fabricator in Sacramento County, California. On the job you will handle: • Fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware • Check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing • Assemble window and door frames from extruded sections • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames • Install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine You should have: • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
