Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in City of Salem, Virginia. You will be based in a bread factory. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On a typical shift you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
