Concrete shuttering carpenter wanted in Paulding County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Paulding County, Georgia. The job is at a precast concrete yard. Day-to-day duties: • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure Ideal candidate: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
