Join our team: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Colleton County, South Carolina. You will work at a groundworks and structures site. The role involves: • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters You should have: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
