Requirements: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing On a typical shift you will wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
