We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Norman County, Minnesota. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Day to day you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service.
