What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift parcels up to 20 kg • Honest handling of cash-on-delivery money The role involves call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery; follow traffic rules and wear the helmet at all times; return undelivered parcels and reconcile cash at the hub; plan the day's route to cover all drop-offs in the least time; handle fragile and perishable items with care in transit; update delivery status (delivered / failed / rescheduled) in the app. Six days a week, one day off.
