On a typical shift you will strip and make beds with fresh linen and tight hospital corners; spot-clean walls, skirting, doors and high-touch points; follow the colour-coded cloth system to avoid cross-contamination; restock the housekeeping trolley with linen, cloths and chemicals; log lost-and-found items and hand them to the supervisor; dust and polish furniture, mirrors and glass with the right chemicals.
