Gantry crane operator wanted in Colusa County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Colusa County, California. You will be based in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports What we are looking for: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
