Urgent requirement: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Alcorn County, Mississippi. The role involves: • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand You should have: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
