Catering cook wanted in Randolph County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Randolph County, Georgia. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits.
