Requirements: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T On a typical shift you will apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
