Immediate opening: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Pulaski County, Indiana. The job is at a rebar fabrication workshop. On the job you will handle: • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers You should have: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
