Dishwasher — City of Fairfax

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwasher in City of Fairfax, Virginia. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Rotating shifts.
