Shuttering carpenter • Clearwater County, Minnesota

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Clearwater County, Minnesota. Day to day you will set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Able to read formwork and structural drawings On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
