Confectioner wanted in Chicot County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Chicot County, Arkansas. The job is in a bread factory. You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Six days a week, one day off.
