Production line operative • Jackson County, Minnesota

We are recruiting: we are hiring a production line operative in Jackson County, Minnesota. You will work at a busy assembly plant. Your main tasks: • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench Ideal candidate: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S 1+ years on the tools preferred.
