Insulation worker — Borough of Swindon

We are recruiting: we are hiring an insulation worker in Borough of Swindon, England. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. On the job you will handle: • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding What we are looking for: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
