Immediate opening: gas meter installer (Arizona)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Coconino County, Arizona. You will work in a gas distribution network. On a typical shift you will install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate. You should have: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Driving licence for travel between sites At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
