Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Polk County, Missouri. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
