Smash repairer — Isanti County

Now hiring: we are hiring a smash repairer in Isanti County, Minnesota. You will be based at a paint and panel shop. Your main tasks: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair What we are looking for: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience.
