The role involves: • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
