Join our team: we are hiring a metal caster in Kenedy County, Texas. You will be based on the moulding line. Requirements: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding On the job you will handle: • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity We offer $230 per day plus benefits.
